Joy
founder/stylist
Motley's owner and full-time artist. Joy specializes in color correction, vivid color and balayage. She has been in the industry for 15 years and loves making a difference in people's lives; she is a Wigs for Kids certified service provider partner, volunteers to provide free haircutting to those affected by homelessness & poverty and was a trained texter with Crisis Text Line during the pandemic. Joy is a color specialist and is currently accepting new clients for color services only.
Arianna
stylist
Arianna has been in the industry for 12 years and a stylist behind the chair for 11. She specializes in lived in blondes, color, cutting and bridal styling but loves all things hair. Arianna's passion is making people look & feel their best as well as making them laugh. In order to accommodate her existing clientele, Arianna is not currently accepting new clients.
Mandy
stylist
Mandy has been working in the industry since 2020. She enjoys working with clients to create unique looks that they feel great in. She loves fantasy colors, and enjoys cutting blunt bobs, mullets, undercuts, fades and shaggy layers. Outside of work she loves being home with her family.
Alexis
stylist
Alexis has been working in the beauty industry for 5 years. She specializes in Brazilian Blowouts, and loves to create color and make up looks. When she's not in the studio, Alexis loves cooking and spending quality time with her family.
Jeanette
stylist
Jeannette has been a passionate hairstylist for over 30 years. She specializes in lived-in blondes, highlights, Brazilian blowouts, and loves crafting pixie haircuts with precision and care. Her calm, grounded energy comes from time spent with her two daughters and her love of teaching meditation.
Alyssa
assistant
Alyssa graduated cosmetology school in 2022. She is dedicated and detail-oriented, with a passion for the beauty industry. Alyssa is eager to learn the latest techniques and contribute to creating stunning looks for clients.
Madison
assistant
With nearly eight years in the industry, Madison brings a joyful spirit, a genuine love for beauty, and a passion for creating uplifting, meaningful experiences. She is certified in Olaplex, Barbicide sanitation, and more—always blending skill, care, and creativity in everything she does. Madison approaches each day with gratitude and a deep appreciation for life’s beauty, constantly inspired to seek happiness and connection in every moment and place she goes.
